Who Operates the Site and Acceptance of the Terms
inforaza operates this website as the central hub for professional media feeds, including video operations, live signal management, content distribution, camera work, and the creation of reliable high-quality feeds for news programmes and television broadcasting. By accessing or using any part of the site or services you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree you must leave the site immediately. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and inforaza under the laws of the United Kingdom.
Eligibility and Permitted Use
Access is restricted to individuals and organisations who are at least eighteen years of age and who are using the services for legitimate professional or commercial broadcasting purposes. You may use the site only for the purposes of obtaining media feeds, managing live signals or distributing content in accordance with all applicable UK laws. Any other use is prohibited. You must not allow unauthorised persons to access your account or use the services on your behalf.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not upload, transmit or distribute any material that is illegal, defamatory, infringing or harmful. You must not attempt to interfere with the technical operation of the feeds or services, including any form of reverse engineering, scraping or circumvention of security measures. You must not use the services to broadcast content that violates the Ofcom Broadcasting Code or any other regulatory requirement applicable in the United Kingdom.
Accounts, Submissions and User Content
Where accounts are provided you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Any content you submit, including feed specifications or technical requirements, remains your responsibility. You grant inforaza a non-exclusive licence to use such content solely for the purpose of delivering the requested services. We reserve the right to remove any submission that breaches these terms.
Ownership of Site Content, Trademarks and Permitted Limited Use
All intellectual property rights in the site design, feed formats, technical documentation and branding belong to inforaza or its licensors. You may view and download materials only for the purpose of using the services. You must not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without prior written consent. Trade marks and service marks displayed on the site may not be used without express permission.
Third-Party Services and Links
The services may integrate with third-party platforms for signal transmission or content delivery. inforaza does not control or endorse these third parties and accepts no liability for their performance, security or content. Any reliance on third-party services is at your own risk.
Availability, Changes, Suspension and Termination
We aim to maintain continuous availability of feeds and services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate access at any time for maintenance, security reasons or breach of these terms. We reserve the right to modify the services or these terms with reasonable notice where practicable. Upon termination all licences granted to you cease immediately.
Disclaimers
The services are provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Limitation of Liability
Subject to the preceding paragraph our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, even if advised of the possibility of such loss.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless inforaza, its officers and employees from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or from any content you submit or broadcast using the services.
Governing Law, Courts and Consumer Dispute Rights
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in the United Kingdom retain the right to bring proceedings in their local courts and to benefit from mandatory consumer protection rules. Alternative dispute resolution is available through approved schemes where applicable.
Severability, Waiver, Changes, Contact Route and Last-Updated Date
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid the remaining provisions continue in full force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. We may update these terms periodically; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
